1. dole(noun;informal): money paid by the state to unemployed people.

An Example: How many people can enjoy the public dole during this season?

2. drudge(noun): a person who does hard or tedious work.

An Example: James has really started to enjoy being a workaholic drudge.

3. dregs( plural noun): the last drops of a liquid at the bottom of a glass, barrel, etc., together with any sediment.

An Example: The stranger finished the dregs of his tea.
