Dela Finn’s Short Film “Abused” Gets Selected Again for An International Film Festival

The young Ghanaian film maker, Dela Finn, with his short film titled, “ABUSE”, is making waves in the international arena. Dela who is 25 years old is the founder of Deland Films and he uses his films as a media to inspire the world. And this, he has done with the short film “Abuse”. This movie was first premiered in Ghana at the Global Cinemas in 2018. The film is a tool for championing the fight against domestic violence.
This short film even though about two years old has not ceased to make impact globally. The Ghanaian made short film has been selected for about five(5) international film festivals. These include: Rebel Minded Film Festival in Brooklyn NY (2018)
Lift Off Sessions in Pinewood Studios London (2019)
First Time Filmmaker in London (2019)
Bengaluru International Short Film Festival in India (2019) and now,
The talented and self- educated film maker is specialized in script writing, special effects make up, editing and directing. And with these skills, Dela has put Ghana on the map of the world again with his latest selection for the MARANO RAGAZZI SPOT FESTIVAL.

Let us all push this film up in our own country as domsetic violence is not an exception when it comes to our dear nation Ghana. It is in fact a wake up call to put a stop to domestic violence. Check it out on Facebook page and Instagram page
