A LITTLE SLEEP (Issue 6)

Belinda Bansah

I’m sure you remember the time that you planned to wake up at 3am and when the alarm sounded, you pushed it to 4am until it was 6am. It happens, but to get to greater heights, things don’t work that way.

Proverbs 6:10-11 says “A little sleep, a little slumber, A little folding of the hands to sleep, So shall your poverty come on you like a prowler, And your need like an armed man.

Proverbs didn’t say so much sleep, so much slumber. It is just a LITTLE. Take charge of time. Take advantage of opportunities. And let’s stop saying “I WILL…” Cut the number of times you say it. How about now or the time you are supposed to?

Now, have you thought of how things could have been if you were to do things as scheduled and never postponed any ? Maybe a greater success you may have achieved than what you have now. Issue five (5) made us know that we have to live lives that are CONSISTENT with our goals. And this, we must strive to achieve.

God be our help. Amen
